The health, safety and well-being of all guests is our upmost priority so collectively we are taking all necessary measures to maintain and ensure this. In order for our meetings to be safe and secure for all attendees we have implemented the below procedures.

Updated Meetings Procedures:

Social distancing

Safety is our priority, so all our hotels will be ensuring social distancing in accordance with government and Accor guidelines

 

Enhanced frequency in cleaning and disinfecting in all areas

And we will dedicate more team members spending more time in the areas our guests are in the most

 

Sanitizer stations

Available at all entrances, rest rooms and public areas to use as often as you like

 

Meeting room capacities

We know you need more space, so all meeting rooms will be available at significantly reduced capacity and we will upgrade you to a larger room wherever possible until 30 November 2020

 

12 hours between bookings

All meeting rooms will be left vacant to be cleaned and aired for at least 12 hours between bookings

 

Car Parks and Outside space

Many of our hotels have fabulous outside grounds and plenty of on-site car parking, to give guests comfort of space and ability to travel without the need for public transport

ALLSAFE, Accor has now established some of the most stringent cleaning standards and operational procedures in the hospitality world, going beyond the government’s minimal viable requirements to ensure guest and staff safety as our hotels reopen

 

Team PPE

Our team are provided with and committed to wearing PPE to ensure a safe working environment

 

“Meeting in a Bag”

Our unique concept pre-packed ready for arrival with all the usual goodies and some treats to perk you up.  We’ve even included your very own hand sanitizer, all handed to delegates on arrival at the hotel for your convenience

 

Hot Beverages and breaks

Our team will be on hand to assist you with a personal beverage service, ensuring social distancing

 

Food and Beverage

We offer you a choice of catering and service options that allows for social distancing whilst enhancing the success of your event, everything from dining as a group to individual Grab & Go lunch bags.  As usual we can easily accommodate any specific dietary requirements

 

The Pantry

Available all day at reception for snacks, additional drinks or a well-deserved glass of wine post meeting

 

Rest Rooms

Will be managed to respect social distancing

Unprecedented times requires a flexible and enhanced approach to both the terms of contract and payment, we are here to help

 

Access

Many of our hotels have meetings rooms on the ground and first floors, meaning limited use of the lifts

The Jupiter Charter is in place with accordance with the current government legislation at the time. In the event, that the restrictions are relaxed, we reserve the right to increase the capacity of Events and to make changes to social distancing.
