Car Parking

There are 200 onsite car parking spaces available on a first come, first served basis.  Parking is FREE for the first 60 minutes. Anytime after this, the vehicle must be registered at reception or payment must be made via the RingGo app.

Parking is complimentary for all hotel guests, including those who are visiting but not staying over.  To obtain complimentary parking, vehicles must be registered on the tablets at reception within the first 60 minutes of arrival.  If vehicles are not registered within this time frame then payment for parking is required.

The car park is managed by a third party called Smart Parking and is camera controlled.  If a vehicle is not registered within 60 minutes of arrival & payment is not received then a fine will be issued from Smart Parking to the registered vehicle owner.

The hotel does not accept any liability for the loss or damage of vehicles or their contents whilst on the hotel premises.

For any parking fine disputes, please contact Smart Parking directly. The hotel does not have the ability to remove parking fines.
